Terms of Service

Effective date: 19 October 2026. These terms apply to CloudCat, operated by Chi Harmony LLC.

1. YouTube Terms of Service

CloudCat uses YouTube API Services. By using CloudCat you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our handling of data is described in the CloudCat Privacy Policy; see also the Google Privacy Policy.

2. The service

CloudCat uploads videos to a YouTube channel on behalf of its owner. It is available only to clients of Chi Harmony LLC who connect their own channel by signing in with their own Google account.

3. Your responsibilities

You connect only channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
You approve every video, title and description before it is published, and you hold the rights to that content.
Content published through CloudCat must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines and the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Revoking access

You can stop using CloudCat at any time by revoking access on the Google security settings page or by emailing us. Data deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

CloudCat is provided as is. Chi Harmony LLC is not responsible for the availability of YouTube or for decisions YouTube makes about published content.
