Privacy Policy

Effective date: 19 October 2026. Applies to CloudCat, operated by Chi Harmony LLC.

1. YouTube API Services

CloudCat uses YouTube API Services. By using CloudCat you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data obtained through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

2. What data we access

When a channel owner connects a channel, CloudCat requests two Google permissions:

We receive from Google the channel title, the channel ID and an OAuth access token and refresh token. Videos, titles and descriptions are provided to us by the channel owner.

3. How we use the data

We use this data only to upload and publish the channel owner's own videos to the owner's own channel, at the owner's request. We do not access comments, analytics, subscribers or viewer data, do not show ads, and do not sell data.

4. Storage and sharing

The tokens and channel details are stored with restricted access and are used only by CloudCat. We do not share this data with third parties. The only party that receives data from CloudCat is Google, when a video is uploaded to YouTube.

5. Cookies and device data

CloudCat does not place cookies, does not store information on users' devices and does not collect information from users' devices.

6. Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke CloudCat's access to your channel at any time on the Google security settings page. To have your data deleted, email nastyachi@gmail.com: we delete the stored tokens and channel details within 7 days of the request. If access is revoked, we delete the stored data within 30 days. Videos already published on YouTube stay on the channel and can be managed in YouTube Studio.

7. Changes

We will update this page if the way CloudCat uses data changes, and notify connected channel owners by email.
